Welcome to Quotex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quotex website and the services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our Platform. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services Provided

Quotex provides an online trading platform for various financial instruments. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may lose all of your invested capital. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any and all trading decisions you make.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of market manipulation, such as pump and dump schemes, wash trading, or spoofing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Quotex, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quotex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
